對(duì)于呼叫中心的建設(shè)模式,目前有外包、自建以及托管型呼叫中心三種方式,其各自有適應(yīng)的用戶群體及業(yè)務(wù)范疇,呼叫中心系統(tǒng)功能:三者在呼叫中心系統(tǒng)功能上基本一致,沒有本質(zhì)區(qū)別。
