“盲轉(zhuǎn)”與“征詢轉(zhuǎn)接”主要區(qū)別在于,當被轉(zhuǎn)接的座席處于忙線狀態(tài),轉(zhuǎn)接失敗下,盲轉(zhuǎn),系統(tǒng)會直接掛斷客戶電話。征詢轉(zhuǎn)接,系統(tǒng)不會掛斷客戶電話,而是再次建立客戶與座席之間的通話。
